PSV er en nederlandsk professionel fodboldklub fra Eindhoven. Den blev grundlagt den 31. august 1913 under navnet Philips Sport Vereniging som en sportsforening for Philips-ansatte. Den 1. juli 1999 blev PSV NV grundlagt, og den betalte fodbold blev herunder indlemmet. Fra 1984 til 1. juli 1999 var den betalte fodbold underlagt Stiftelsen PSV Fodbold.
