Astrup Fearnley Museum for Moderne Kunst er et privat ejet samtidskunstmuseum i Oslo i Norge. Det blev grundlagt og åbnet for offentligheden i 1993. Samlingens hovedfokus er de amerikanske approprieringskunstnere fra 1980'erne, men det udvikler sig i øjeblikket mod den internationale samtidskunstscene, med kunstnere som Jeff Koons, Richard Prince, Cindy Sherman, Matthew Barney, Tom Sachs, Doug Aitken, Olafur Eliasson og Cai Guo-Qiang. Museet giver 6-7 midlertidige udstillinger hvert år. Astrup Fearnley Museum for Moderne Kunst samarbejder med internationale institutioner og producerer udstillinger, der rejser verden rundt. I 2012 flyttede museet til to nye bygninger designet af Renzo Piano på Tjuvholmen.
Museet åbnede i 1993 og blev finansieret af to filantropiske fonde etableret af efterkommere af Fearnley rederifamilien, Thomas Fearnley Fondet og Heddy og Nils Astrup Fondet.
