El Museo Astrup Fearnley de Arte Moderno es una galería de arte contemporáneo de propiedad privada en Oslo, Noruega. Fue fundado y abierto al público en 1993. El enfoque principal de la colección son los artistas de apropiación estadounidenses de la década de 1980, pero actualmente se está desarrollando hacia la escena internacional del arte contemporáneo, con artistas como Jeff Koons, Richard Prince, Cindy Sherman, Matthew Barney, Tom Sachs, Doug Aitken, Olafur Eliasson y Cai Guo-Qiang. El museo presenta de 6 a 7 exposiciones temporales cada año. El Museo Astrup Fearnley de Arte Moderno colabora con instituciones internacionales y produce exposiciones que recorren el mundo. En 2012, el museo se trasladó a dos nuevos edificios diseñados por Renzo Piano en Tjuvholmen.
El museo se abrió en 1993 y fue financiado por dos fundaciones filantrópicas establecidas por descendientes de la familia naviera Fearnley, la Fundación Thomas Fearnley y la Fundación Heddy y Nils Astrup.
