Hamnøy eller Hamnøya er en lille fiskeplads i Moskenes Kommune i Nordland fylke, Norge. Den ligger på den østlige side af øen Moskenesøya, ca. 1,5 kilometer nordøst for landsbyen Reine, langs Vestfjorden. Hamnøy var tidligere forbundet med Reine med færge, men dette blev erstattet af broer på den europæiske rute E10 motorvej som en del af Lofoten Fastlandsforbindelsen.
