Hamnøy oder Hamnøya ist ein kleines Fischerdorf in der Gemeinde Moskenes im Landkreis Nordland, Norwegen. Es liegt an der Ostseite der Insel Moskenesøya, etwa 1,5 Kilometer nordöstlich des Dorfes Reine, entlang des Vestfjorfens. Hamnøy war früher mit Reine durch eine Fähre verbunden, wurde jedoch durch Brücken auf der Europäischen Route E10 ersetzt, die Teil der Lofoten-Festlandverbindung sind.
