Skt. Annas Kirke er en kirke i den historiske centrum af Warszawa, Polen, ved siden af Slottspladsen, på Krakowskie Przedmieście 68. Det er en af Polens mest bemærkelsesværdige kirker med en neoklassisk facade. Kirken er blandt Warszawas ældste bygninger. Over tid har den været genstand for mange rekonstruktioner, hvilket har resulteret i dens nuværende udseende, som ikke har ændret sig siden 1788. I øjeblikket er det den primære kirke i sogn for det akademiske miljø i Warszawa.
