Amora er en civil parish i kommunen Seixal i distriktet Setúbal, Portugal. Det er en del af storbyområdet Lissabon. Befolkningen i 2011 var 48.629, på et areal af 24,36 km². Sognet blev første gang nævnt i 1384 i Chronicles of John I, et værk af Fernão Lopes. Fra denne periode stammer tilsyneladende den første befolkningsbosættelse i området, som lå i Cheira Ventos, i det nuværende område Talaminho. Sognet blev ophøjet til status som by den 30. juni 1989, og til by den 20. maj 1993.
