Klosteret Santa Cruz er et kloster beliggende i sognet Santa Cruz, i distriktet Coïmbra, Portugal. Det blev grundlagt af de regulære kanoner fra Santa Cruz den 28. juni 1131. Dets grundlæggelse blev støttet af monarkerne Afonso I og Sancho I af Portugal, som ligger begravet der. Kunst og arkitektur fra klosteret fremhæver sig i hele landet, især på grund af tilføjelser fra den manuelinske periode.
