Het klooster van Santa Cruz is een klooster gelegen in de parochie Santa Cruz, in het districte Coimbra, Portugal. Het werd gesticht door de regularen kanunniken van het Heilige Kruis op 28 juni 1131. De oprichting werd ondersteund door de monarchen Alfons I en Sanç I van Portugal, die daar begraven liggen. De kunst en architectuur van het klooster vallen op in het hele land, vooral door de toevoegingen uit de manueëlperiode.
