Tavira Island ligger syd for byen Tavira, Portugal, kun et par hundrede meter fra kysten. Den er 11 kilometer lang og varierer mellem 150 m til 1 km i bredde. Øen har 11 km af de bedste strande i Algarve, herunder områder hvor naturisme kan praktiseres lovligt. Den er en del af den naturreservat af Ria Formosa. Den er også populær blandt turister, folk der kan lide at svømme og fuglekiggere.
