Stenbocks Palais på Birger Jarls Torg 4 på øen Riddarholmen i Stockholm blev bygget i 1640 for Fredrik Stenbock og hans kone Catharina De la Gardie i renæssancestil.
I 1670 lod hans søn Johan Gabriel Stenbock paladset modernisere af arkitekten Nicodemus Tessin den ældre i den romerske barokstil, mens Carl Hårleman stod for indretningen.
I 1773 erhvervede den svenske stat paladset og indrettede det som nationalarkiv.
Fra 1969 til 1971 blev paladset omfattende renoveret og er nu sæde for den Øverste Forvaltningsdomstol.
