Het Stenbock-paleis op Birger Jarls Torg 4 op het eiland Riddarholmen in Stockholm werd in 1640 gebouwd voor Fredrik Stenbock en zijn vrouw Catharina De la Gardie in renaissancestijl.
In 1670 liet zijn zoon Johan Gabriel Stenbock het paleis moderniseren door de architect Nicodemus Tessin de Oudere in de stijl van de Romeinse barok, terwijl Carl Hårleman verantwoordelijk was voor de inrichting.
In 1773 verwierf de Zweedse staat het paleis en vestigde daar het Nationaal Archief.
Van 1969 tot 1971 werd het paleis ingrijpend gerenoveerd en is nu de zetel van de Hoge Raad voor Bestuursrechtspraak.
