Hjärup er, med sine mere end 4.250 indbyggere, den næststørste lokalitet i Staffanstorp Kommune, Skåne, Sverige.
Hjärup har en station på Pågatågen-systemet. Lokaliteten har et forstadskarakter med dobbelthuse, der oprindeligt blev bygget i 1960'erne og 1970'erne på Lundaslätten, den frugtbare slette syd for Lund, oprindeligt på jord solgt fra gården Hjerup. Hjärup var indtil 1990'erne begrænset mellem jernbanen og hovedvejen Malmö–Lund. På den anden side af jernbanen, i nærheden af Hjärups station, vokser nu et kvarter kaldet Jakriborg.
