Dækker omkring 98 km², Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park ligger ved kysten af Prachuap Khiri Khan Provinsen, syd for Hua Hin. Det er den første marine nationalpark i Thailand. Khao Sam Roi Yot betyder "Bjerget med tre hundrede toppe" og refererer til en række kalkstensbakker langs Thailandsbugten, hvor den højeste er 605 meter over havets overflade. Den nordvestlige del af bjergkæden kaldes Thung Sam Roi Yot og er hovedsageligt en ferskvandssump, der dækker næsten 37% af nationalparken, hvilket gør det til det største vådområde i Thailand. De vigtigste attraktioner i nationalparken er Phraya Nakhon Cave, med sin ikoniske royale pavillon og store kammer, Kaeo Cave og Thung Sam Roi Yot Ferskvandssump. Parken er også et dejligt mål for sit rige dyreliv i ferskvandssumpen og mangrove skove, smukke strande, kalkstensøer, stier og udsigtspunkter.
