Greenwich Street er en nord-syd-gade i New York City borough Manhattan. Den strækker sig fra krydset af Ninth Avenue og Gansevoort Street i Meatpacking District i sin nordligste ende til sin sydlige ende ved Battery Park, afbrudt mellem Cortlandt Walk og Liberty Street af World Trade Center-grunden. Efterhånden som World Trade Center udvikles, vil gadesektionerne blive genforenet.
De vigtigste øst-vest-gader, der krydses, inkluderer, fra nord til syd, Christopher Street, Houston Street, Canal Street og Chambers Street. Greenwich Street rejser sig gennem Meatpacking District, West Village, Hudson Square og Tribeca. Nord for Canal Street kører trafikken nordover på Greenwich Street; syd for Canal Street kører den sydover.
