Die römisch-katholische Pfarrkirche Mauthausen in der Marktgemeinde Mauthausen im oberösterreichischen Mühlviertel befindet sich oberhalb des Marktplatzes, ist vom alten Friedhof umgeben und dem heiligen Nikolaus geweiht.
Sie wurde Mitte des 15. Jahrhunderts im spätgotischen Stil errichtet und im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert barockisiert. An die Stelle des gotischen Zwickelturmes, der 1689 erhöht wurde und einen barocken Helm erhielt, wurde zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts ein neugotischer Spitzhelm aufgesetzt.
