Der Volksgarten („Volkspark“) ist ein öffentlicher Park in der Inneren Stadt, dem ersten Bezirk Wiens und Teil der Hofburg.
Er wurde über den Stadtbefestigungen erbaut, die von Napoleon zerstört wurden. Er wurde 1820 für die Öffentlichkeit eröffnet.
Der Park ist berühmt für seine Rosengärten, den Theseustempel (1819–1823) von Peter von Nobile und das Denkmal für Kaiserin Elisabeth von Österreich-Ungarn (Sissi) (1907) von Friedrich Ohmann. Es gibt auch Statuen der Dichter Franz Grillparzer und Karl von Hasenauer sowie des Bildhauers Hans Bitterlich.
