El Volksgarten ("parque del pueblo") es un parque público en el Innere Stadt, el Primer Distrito de Viena y parte del Hofburg.
Se construyó sobre las fortificaciones de la ciudad destruidas por Napoleón. Se abrió al público en 1820.
El parque es famoso por sus jardines de rosas, el templo de Teseo (1819-1823) de Peter von Nobile y el monumento a la emperatriz Elisabet de Austria-Hungría (Sissi) (1907) de Friedrich Ohmann. También hay estatuas de los poetas Franz Grillparzer y Karl von Hasenauer, y del escultor Hans Bitterlich.
