Le Volksgarten ("parc des gens") est un parc public dans l'Innere Stadt, le premier district de Vienne et fait partie du Hofburg.
Il a été construit sur les fortifications de la ville détruites par Napoléon. Il a été ouvert au public en 1820.
Le parc est célèbre pour ses jardins de roses, le temple de Thésée (1819-1823) de Peter von Nobile et le monument pour l'impératrice Elisabeth d'Autriche-Hongrie (Sissi) (1907) de Friedrich Ohmann. Il y a également des statues des poètes Franz Grillparzer et Karl von Hasenauer, et pour le sculpteur Hans Bitterlich.
