De Volksgarten ("volkspark") is een openbaar park in de Innere Stadt, het Eerste District van Wenen en deel van de Hofburg.
Het werd gebouwd bovenop de stadsversterkingen die door Napoleon werden vernietigd. Het werd in 1820 opengesteld voor het publiek.
Het park is beroemd om zijn rozentuinen, de Theseustempel (1819-1823) van Peter von Nobile en het monument voor keizerin Elisabeth van Oostenrijk-Hongarije (Sissi) (1907) van Friedrich Ohmann. Er zijn ook standbeelden van de dichters Franz Grillparzer en Karl von Hasenauer, en van de beeldhouwer Hans Bitterlich.
