Die Sirnitz ist ein linker Zufluss der Gurk im österreichischen Bundesland Kärnten; sie fließt durch mehrere Ortschaften der Gemeinde Albeck.
Die Sirnitz entsteht durch den Zusammenfluss mehrerer Quellbäche bei Benesirnitz und fließt sodann in Richtung Osten über den Ort Sirnitz ab, wo sie später bei Neualbeck in die Gurk mündet. Bei Benesirnitz gibt es eine Messstation des Hydrographischen Dienstes.
