Im Haus von Alijn kannst du auch einfach mal entspannen. An der Rezeption sagst du einfach, dass du zum "Cafeetse" willst, und man verweist dich freundlich zu einem gemütlichen Cafè auf der anderen Seite des Innenhofs.

Im Sommer kannst du den wunderschönen Garten genießen, bei weniger gutem Wetter kannst du im gemütlichen "Cafeetse" zum Beispiel ein Plumetje, ein typisches Gentser Genever, trinken. Trink dein Plumetje wie die Kenner, nämlich halb und halb: die Hälfte Kirschgelee und die Hälfte Korngelee! Prost!
