Die Sint-Bartholomeus-Kirche ist die Pfarrkirche des zur westflämischen Gemeinde Lo-Reninge gehörenden Ortes Pollinkhove, gelegen an der Pollinkhovestraat 2a. Eine frühere Kirche befand sich in der Nähe der heutigen Sint-Machutuskapelle von 1932, an der Ecke von Pollinkhovestraat und Lindestraat. Die heutige Kirche wurde ab 1554 gebaut, möglicherweise anstelle der ehemaligen Schlosskapelle der Herren von Pollinkhove. Bauherr war Joost van Cortewille.
