Das Rivierenhof ist ein weitläufiger Park, der eine wichtige Funktion für Erholung, Erbe und Natur im Antwerper Umland erfüllt. Der aktuelle Park und das provinzialen Grüngebiet ist eine Zusammenlegung des historischen Kerns rund um das Schloss Rivierenhof und das Tal des Groot Schijn mit Relikten aus einer früheren Parkgestaltung und dem 15. Jahrhundert Herentalse Vaart.
