Kemzeke ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Gemeinde Stekene in der Provinz Ostflandern. Bis 1977 war es eine eigenständige Gemeinde. Es liegt zwischen der niederländischen Grenze und Sint-Niklaas. Im Jahr 1117 wurde die Pfarrei Kemzeke von Waasmunster unabhängig. Um 1630 wurde die Festung Sint-Jan in der Nähe von Kemzeke als Teil der Verteidigungslinie zwischen der Niederländischen Republik und den Spanischen Niederlanden erbaut. Die Festung wurde nie erobert, aber dem Verfall überlassen und wurde später während der österreichischen Periode von einer Straße durchschnitten. 1977 fusionierte die Gemeinde mit Stekene, mit Ausnahme des Weilers 't Hol, der Teil von Sint-Gillis-Waas wurde. Die ehemalige Gemeinde umfasste eine Fläche von 11,67 Quadratkilometern.
