Der Elisabethpark befindet sich auf dem Koekelberger Plateau und erstreckt sich über die Gemeinden Koekelberg und Ganshoren.
Sein longitudinaler Verlauf nimmt die Form des königlichen Monogramms von Leopold II. an. Die große Promenade des Parks präsentiert sich als doppelte Allee, mit einer großen, zentralen Rasenfläche, umgeben von seitlichen Rasenflächen, Baumgruppen und Sträuchern. Auch Gruppen von Bäumen und blühende Beete sind vertreten. Es säumen Sykomoren die doppelte Hauptallee auf der Seite der Avenue du Panthéon. Der Teil des Boulevards Leopold II. wird hingegen von wunderschönen Platanen gesäumt.
