Le Parc Elisabeth est situé sur le plateau de Koekelberg et à cheval sur les communes de Koekelberg et Ganshoren.
Son tracé longitudinal reprend la forme du Monogramme Royal de Léopold II. La grande promenade qu'offre le parc se présente comme une double avenue, avec une grande berme centrale gazonnée, bordée de pelouses latérales, de massifs d'arbres et d'arbustes. Bosquets et parterres fleuris sont également au rendez-vous. Des érables sycomores longent la double allée principale du côté de l'avenue du Panthéon. La partie du boulevard Léopold II est quant à elle bordée de magnifiques platanes.
