Rukkelingen-an-der-Jeker ist ein Stadtteil der wallonischen Gemeinde Bitschingen in der Provinz Lüttich. Bis zum 1. Januar 1977 war es eine eigenständige Gemeinde. Im Mittelalter war Rukkelingen ein Lehen, das dem Kapitel der Sint-Janskirche gehörte. Von 1016 bis 1315 war der Graf von Loon für die kirchliche Verwaltung verantwortlich.
