Rukkelingen-aan-de-Jeker es una localidad del municipio valón de Bitsingen en la provincia de Lieja. Hasta el 1 de enero de 1977 fue un municipio independiente. En la Edad Media, Rukkelingen era una señoría que pertenecía al cabildo de la iglesia de San Juan. Desde 1016 hasta 1315, el conde de Loon fue responsable de la autoridad eclesiástica.
