Sint-Huibrechts-Hern ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Limburg und ein Ortsteil der Gemeinde Hoeselt. Es war eine eigenständige Gemeinde, bis es 1977 im Rahmen der Fusion der Gemeinde Hoeselt hinzugefügt wurde.
Sint-Huibrechts-Hern liegt südlich von Hoeselt und westlich der Straße von Bilzen nach Tongeren. Es ist ein Landwirtschaftsdorf in Haspengouw, das hauptsächlich Obstanbau betreibt und sich allmählich zu einem Wohnort entwickelt hat. Auch der Weiler Vrijhern, der 1977 von Riksingen abgegeben wurde, gehört zur Gemeinde Sint-Huibrechts-Hern. Kirchlich blieb Vrijhern jedoch weiterhin zur Pfarrei Riksingen zugehörig.
