Sint-Huibrechts-Hern è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Limburgo ed è una frazione del comune di Hoeselt. Era un comune autonomo fino a quando, con la fusione del 1977, è stato aggiunto al comune di Hoeselt.
Sint-Huibrechts-Hern si trova a sud di Hoeselt e a ovest della strada che da Bilzen porta a Tongeren. È un villaggio agricolo dell'Haspengouw, specializzato nella coltivazione della frutta, che si è gradualmente sviluppato in un villaggio residenziale. Anche l'area di Vrijhern, che nel 1977 è stata ceduta da Riksingen, appartiene alla frazione di Sint-Huibrechts-Hern. Tuttavia, dal punto di vista ecclesiastico, Vrijhern è rimasto parte della parrocchia di Riksingen.
