Sint-Huibrechts-Hern es una aldea en la provincia belga de Limburgo, y una localidad del municipio de Hoeselt. Era un municipio independiente hasta que fue incorporado al municipio de Hoeselt en la fusión de 1977.
Sint-Huibrechts-Hern se encuentra al sur de Hoeselt y al oeste de la carretera de Bilzen a Tongeren. Es un pueblo agrícola de Haspengouw con un enfoque especial en el cultivo de frutas que poco a poco se ha ido desarrollando en una aldea residencial. También el núcleo de Vrijhern, que fue cedido por Riksingen en 1977, pertenece a la localidad de Sint-Huibrechts-Hern. Sin embargo, eclesiásticamente, Vrijhern siguió perteneciendo a la parroquia de Riksingen.
