Das Schloss Nobelstede ist ein Schloss im ostflämischen Ort Aalter, gelegen an der Manewaarde 29-33.
Um 1630 wurde hier ein Hof mit dem Namen Nobels sté erbaut. Auftraggeber war Glaude Damas jr.
Einem Text von 1647 zufolge handelte es sich um einen umgrenzten Hof: ein bewirtschafteter Hof mit einem großen steinernen Haus und Grundstück, das in seinen Mauern errichtet und gelegen ist. 1733 sprach man bei der Verkaufsbeschreibung von einem Lusthaus, und 1773 war von einem Lusthaus oder Schloss die Rede.
