Le Château Nobelstede est un château situé à Aalter, en Flandre-Orientale, au 29-33 Manewaarde.
Vers 1630, une ferme appelée Nobels sté y fut construite. Le commanditaire était Glaude Damas Jr.
Selon un texte de 1647, il s'agissait d'une ferme entourée de douves : une ferme habitée avec une grande maison et une propriété dans ses murs. En 1733, lors de la vente, on parlait d'une maison de plaisance et en 1773, d'une maison de plaisance ou d'un château.
