Diese im Stadtzentrum, nahe des Casinos und der Thermen gelegene große Kirche wurde erst 1885 erbaut. Da sie aber in neo-romanisch- rheinischem Stil errichtet wurde, vermittelt sie einen viel älteren Eindruck. Sie ist in „petit granit“ gebaut.
Im Inneren fallen mehrere Skulpturen und Gemälde auf: der Hauptaltar, die Kanzel, ein Engel darstellendes Hochrelief im rechten Querschiff, sechs schöne, verschiedene Heilige darstellende Holzstatuen im oberen Teil des Hauptschiffs sowie mehrere Ölgemälde. Die Kirche besitzt auch eine neue Orgel, die gut mit der Innenausstattung der Kirche harmoniert.
Die Gemahlin König Leopold II, Königin Marie-Henriette, die lange in Spa gelebt hat, spendete das Kirchenfenster im linken Querschiff. Jeden Sonntag nahm sie an der Messe in dieser Kirche teil, in der 1902 auch ihre Beisetzung stattfand.
