Das Historium ist eine kulturhistorische Attraktion auf dem Grote Markt in Brügge.
Anhand verschiedener Erfahrungen kann man sehen, wie Brügge während des Goldenen Zeitalters zur Zeit von Jan Van Eyck pulsierte. Es umfasst auch ein Duvel-Café mit freiem Eintritt (das Duvelorium), ein Virtual-Reality- Erlebnis, eine Terrasse mit Panoramablick , einen gotischen Turm und eine Abteilung des städtischen Tourismusbüros.
Das Historium ist ein Erlebnismuseum.
In sieben Themenräumen wird eine Geschichte durch Film, Sets und Spezialeffekte erzählt. In der Ausstellung finden Sie zusätzliche Informationen über das Mittelalter in Brügge.
Seit 2015 gibt es ein Virtual-Reality- Erlebnis, das zeigt, wie Brügge im Jahr 1435 aussah.
Seit 2019 können die 145 Stufen des gotischen Turms bestiegen werden.
