Die Insel Moniat ist eine belgische Insel, die am Fluss Maas in der Nähe von Anseremme, flussaufwärts des Charlemagne-Viadukts, liegt und teilweise vom Anseremme-Eisenbahnviadukt übersehen wird, der es der Bahnlinie 166 zwischen Dinant und Bertrix ermöglicht, die Maas zu überqueren.
Sie ist klein, aber sie ist klassifiziert. Diese Insel gehört zu den interessantesten im Tal aus botanischer Sicht: Sie war Gegenstand einer Aufforstung, wird jedoch spontan von vielen anderen Pflanzenarten wieder besiedelt; insbesondere gibt es im Frühling die falsche Ranunkel-Aneomone sowie einen Auwald aus Erlen.
