L'isola di Moniat è un'isola belga situata sul fiume Mosa vicino ad Anseremme, a monte del viadotto di Carlo Magno, e parzialmente sovrastata dal viadotto ferroviario di Anseremme, che consente alla linea ferroviaria 166 tra Dinant e Bertrix di attraversare il Mosa.
È piccola di dimensioni, ma è classificata. Questa isola è una delle più interessanti nella valle, dal punto di vista botanico: è stata oggetto di un rifacimento forestale ma è spontaneamente recolonizzata da molte altre specie vegetali; In particolare, c'è l'anemone ranuncolo falso in primavera così come una foresta di ontano alluvionale.
