Das Priorat Rouge-Cloître ist das am besten erhaltene Klosterensemble im Sonianwald. Das Haus des Priors ist das einzige von der alten Klausur, das sehr gut von der Region restauriert wurde; man kann dort wunderschöne Spitzgewölbe und prächtige Trompe-l’œil-Fresken sehen. Die im frühen 19. Jahrhundert abgerissenen Gebäude werden auf verschiedene Weise angedeutet. So sind die Konturen der Kirche und des Kreuzgangs durch einen Belag aus weißem Stein markiert. Die Krankenstation, die Brauerei, die Kantine und ein Teil des Gästehauses werden durch pflanzliche Volumen erinnert, die von Trockenmauern umgeben sind.
