Im Jahr 2005 kaufte die Gemeinde Koekelberg einen Teil der alten Keksfabrik Victoria in der Neckstraße. Diese Keksfabrik wurde Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts von Emile Bossaert gegründet, der später Bürgermeister von Koekelberg werden sollte. 1908 eröffnete Victoria auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Schokoladenfabrik. Victoria schloss 1970, und in der Schokoladenfabrik befindet sich jetzt die Fabrik von Godiva.
