En 2005, el municipio de Koekelberg compró una parte de la antigua fábrica de galletas Victoria en la calle De Neckstraat. Esa fábrica de galletas fue fundada a finales del siglo XIX por Emile Bossaert, quien más tarde se convertiría en alcalde de Koekelberg. En 1908, Victoria abrió al otro lado de la calle una fábrica de chocolate. Victoria cerró en 1970, y en la fábrica de chocolate ahora se encuentra la fábrica de Godiva.
