Nr. 1, 2, 3. Ehemaliges Rathaus. Eindrucksvolles Gebäude n.o.v. Architekt A. Dugardijn (Brügge) von 1926: Pläne, entworfen von Architekt H. Leborgne (Charleroi), wurden nicht umgesetzt. Breites Haus mit sieben Achsen und zwei Baukörpern + links und rechts niedrigere Teile von einer Achse und zwei Korbbogenportalen. Verankerte gelbe Backsteinbauweise; Sandstein für Sockel, Zierelemente, Rahmenkonstruktionen, Untereinfassungen und Plattformen. Inspiriert von der Bauweise der flämischen spätgotischen Rathäuser cf. Doppelhausaufstand mit zentral betonter Tür in einer blockierten Umrahmung, über der ein Basrelief mit Wappen, gehalten von zwei Löwen; Schieferdach mit Dachreiter und hölzernen Dachgauben; profilierte Schornsteine; Kreuzfenster vertieft in einer Brügger Achse.
