Bauernhof mit einzelnen Bestandteilen aus den 1870er Jahren, gelegen an einem Seitenarm der Eethoek, nahe der Autobahn (E17-A14) und der Grenze zur Gemeinde Lochristi. Laut den Angaben aus dem Katasterarchiv ließ François Verhofsté 1872 einen bestehenden Hof mit Wohnhaus und Scheune vollständig neu errichten und ein Wagenhaus am Zugang zum Hof anbringen. Die Jahresanker "1875" in der Giebelfront der Scheune datieren den Umbau einige Jahre später. Hofzugang mit rot lackiertem, eisernen Tor zwischen zwei quadratischen, backsteinern Pfeilern mit einer Deckplatte aus Hartstein.
