Cascina con componenti separati degli anni 1870, situata su un ramo laterale della Eethoek, vicino all'autostrada (E17-A14) e al confine con il comune di Lochristi. Secondo i dati dell'archivio catastale, François Verhofsté nel 1872 fece ricostruire completamente una cascina esistente con casa contadina e fienile, e fece erigere una rimessa per carrozze all'ingresso del cortile. Gliancora annuali "1875" nella parte superiore della facciata del fienile datano la ricostruzione alcuni anni dopo. Ingresso del cortile con cancello in ferro dipinto di rosso tra due pilastri di gate quadrati in mattoni con copertura in pietra calcarea.
