Doppelhaus mit fünf Achsen und zwei Baufluchten unter einem Satteldach (n // Platz, mechanische Ziegel). Nachkriegsverkleidung aus roten Backsteinen über dem quaderförmigen Sockel, belebt durch Bänder aus grün glasierten Ziegeln. Gewölbte Maueröffnungen mit quaderförmigen Ansatz- und Schlusssteinen, gleichfalls als Diamantköpfe. Seitenfassade mit fünf schmaleren Achsen; XIX B-Zementierung. Fenster in einer gerahmten und weiß gestrichenen Umrahmung; verzierte Schlusssteine mit Blattwerk. Unter anderem blinde Oberfenster mit Fensterimitation.
