Description

Rechteckiges Bürgerhaus in einer ummauerten Gartenanlage. Ziegelbau mit zwei Geschossen unter einem Satteldach, um 1908 nach einem Entwurf von Louis Hendrikx; Baugenehmigung vom 21. September 1907. Das Wohnzimmer wurde vermutlich 1956 erweitert, Baugenehmigung vom 5. Juli 1956. Verwendung von bunten Ziegeln für Bogenumrahmungen und Fries. Kordonleiste und Bänder aus Hartstein. Erdgeschoss-Erker mit Balkon. Rechteckige oder Rundbogenfenster, im ersten Geschoss unter Verwendung von Gusseisen-I-Trägern als Sturz. Erhaltenes Holzwerk.
