2008 nutzte Françoise Ledur die Gelegenheit, die Käserei zu übernehmen, in der sie lange Zeit tätig war. Auch ihr Mann arbeitet in der Milchwirtschaft. Heute bereitet sie ein Dutzend Käse, größtenteils Weichkäse und Rotschimmelkäse.
Ihre Besonderheit: Sie werden in den Holzformen der alten Käserei gefertigt und ihre Verfeinerung erfolgt auf den alten Arbeitstafeln. Françoise ist überzeugt, dass dies ihnen ihren Charakter verleiht.
Besichtigung: mit Voranmeldung - 3 €/P.
