Heultje ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Antwerpen. Das Dorf liegt in der Gemeinde Westerlo. Heultje hat 4542 Einwohner. Damit ist es das größte Dorf der Teilgemeinde Westerlo. Im Archiv der Abtei von Tongerlo wird mehrmals von "Hille" berichtet; 1159 als "Hylle", 1164, 1186 und 1213 als "Hille". Der Name könnte vom Germanischen "hulpin" abgeleitet sein, was Neigung oder Hang bedeutet. "Hille" ist wahrscheinlich identisch mit dem heutigen Hoog-Heultje.
