Heultje è un paese nella provincia belga di Anversa. Il paese si trova nel comune di Westerlo. Heultje ha 4542 abitanti. È quindi il paese più grande della frazione di Westerlo. Nell'archivio dell'abbazia di Tongerlo si fa riferimento più volte a "Hille"; nel 1159 come "Hylle", nel 1164, 1186 e 1213 come "Hille". Il nome deriverebbe dal germanico "hulpin", che significa inclinazione o pendio. "Hille" è probabilmente identico all'attuale Hoog-Heultje.
