Die Belagerung von Tournai fand zwischen Oktober und November 1521 während des Italienischen Krieges von 1521-1526 statt. Eine kaiserliche Armee, die zuvor am 20. August die Städte Mouzon und am 9. September Ardres besetzt hatte, belagerte die Stadt Tournai, die Ende November von den Franzosen erobert wurde, und von da an blieb diese Stadt bis zur Unabhängigkeit Belgiens im Besitz der Habsburger.
